Spring Works Kit

The do it yourself solution

Basic Instructions:

• 1.Jack up vehicle and block safely
• 2.Remove U-Bolts
• 3.Clamp Spring Pack
• 4.Remove Stock Center Bolt
• 5.Remove Flat Overload Leaf
• 6.Add new Spring Pack
• 7.Use Clamp to compress Spring Pack
• 8.Tighten Nut on New Center Bolt
• 9.Replace U-Bolts with new ones
• 10.Torque U-Bolts to 120 ft. lbs.

Kit contents:

• 3 or 4 leaves x2
• 1 Center Bolts x2
• 2 U-Bolts x2

This Kit is available for most passenger Pickups.
